Jade Century Properties, Inc. (“JCP”) is a real estate development and investment firm headquartered in New York City. JCP develops and invests in residential and mixed-use buildings for rental and sales in major US cities including New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland and Houston. JCP seeks opportunities to enhance the built environment and cultivate a way of living unique to each neighborhood and place. With each project, JCP collaborates with professionals who bring in expertise and new perspectives to achieve and enrich the team’s shared vision. JCP team is comprised of professionals with diverse backgrounds including investment, development, design, construction, and asset management.
Architect of Record
Lu Ning Architecture PLLC is a full-service architectural firm that integrates green practices with thoughtful design. With nearly 30 years of dedicated architectural experience, its founder Ning Lu specializes in carrying through projects for mid- to high-rise residential buildings and hotel complexes. She has been honored in 2020 by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the architectural work LNA has performed for the LaGuardia Airport. The firm engages and has completed a broad range of project types and scales, from cultural and institutional, to large-scale mixed-use developments.
Façade and Interior Design
Established in 1987, CetraRuddy is an award-winning global architecture, planning and interior design firm driven by design excellence and creating one-of-a-kind experiences. Founded by Principals John Cetra, FAIA, and Nancy J. Ruddy, and led by a core group of distinguished principals, the firm works throughout the United States and abroad at varied scales and across typologies including multifamily housing, hospitality, education, cultural and commercial projects. For over 35 years, the firm has led with a guiding principle that architecture and design must engage context and enrich the human spirit.
Landscape Design
MPFP, PLLC is an internationally renowned landscape architecture and urban design firm, recognized as one of the foremost pioneers exploring the social and physical dynamics that shape our urban spaces and global landscapes. For over 55 years, the firm has played an instrumental role in challenging traditional perceptions of spatial design in the urban, institutional, healthcare, workplace, playground and residential environments. MPFP creates landscapes throughout the world that facilitate discovery, illuminate natural phenomena and enhance social relationships.
Lighting Design
One Lux Studio is an award-winning lighting design firm located in New York. Since its inception in 2007, the firm has earned a reputation for design excellence and technical proficiency, with a focus on the sustainable design of lighting concepts and systems that utilize both natural and artificial lighting to enhance architectural spaces. The One Lux Studio team has illuminated unique and iconic projects across hospitality, residential, corporate, civic, and academic sectors. With fifty years of combined experience, One Lux Studio blends each partner’s distinct expertise with the creativity of its design team and clients to create expressive yet timeless concepts in light.
Branding and Creative Direction
Established in 2018, Studio Min Hee Lee is a NY-based design practice with a focus on creating genuine and intuitive solutions. Studio MHL values long-term relationships with collaborators in art, culture and commerce to create works of purpose, clarity and simplicity. The studio’s focus spans across print and digital platforms, including visual identity systems, books, art direction, signage, wayfinding and interactive experiences. Studio MHL is led by founder Min Hee Lee, who received her Bachelors degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her MFA from Yale University. She has also taught at School of Visual Arts and Parsons School of Design, and given lectures at Columbia GSAPP and the University of Pennsylvania.
